Customer Support for the Zeo! Inkjet Label Printer
QuickLabel Systems offers a Lifetime Warranty and QuickSwap™ Loan, Repair & Replacement Service as a standard part of each Zeo! Inkjet Label Printer purchase. There is no additional Customer Support Package to purchase.
Zeo! Lifetime Warranty and QuickSwap™ Service includes:
- Unlimited Telephone Support
You receive free and unlimited 24-hour technical assistance by telephone. We guarantee that when you call our toll-free technical support line, someone in our Technical Support Department will be available to help you troubleshoot a problem or assist you in the use of your label printer. To reach our toll-free 24-hour technical support line, please dial toll-free 877-757-7978 and press 9 or follow the menu prompts.
- Free QuickSwap™ Loaner Printer Service
If your Zeo! label printer is not functioning properly and we can’t help you over the phone, we will give you an RMA number and ask you to ship your Zeo! printer to us at our Rhode Island, USA factory. At the same time, we will ship you a replacement Zeo! label printer on loan. We will ship your loaner Zeo! to you via standard ground shipping service unless you request expedited service. When your own Zeo! is repaired, we will return it to you and ask that you return your loaner unit to us. Please note that if the Zeo! loaner printer is not returned to our factory following repair of your printer, you will be billed the price of the loaner printer.
- Free QuickSwap™ Replacement Service
You receive replacement or repair of any faulty system parts or of the printer itself, excluding those damaged by abuse or neglect, without cost. We will continue to provide repair and replacement service as long as the Zeo! label printer model is sold by QuickLabel Systems.
- About Paying Shipping Costs
As a general rule, you will always pay the cost of shipping printers to us, and in turn we will pay the cost of shipping printers to you. To minimize costs, we will use standard ground shipping service, and we suggest you do the same. If you have an urgent need for a loaner Zeo!, we will use an expedited shipping method and ask you to pay the expedited shipping cost.
