QuickLabel offers an annual Customer Support Package for its Vivo! Touch and Xe Series label printers. Your QuickLabel Customer Support Package (CSP) entitles you to an in-person installation and training visit to set up your Vivo! Touch or Xe Series label printer your location. Your CSP also entitles you to emergency on-site repair service visits, as well as an additional courtesy visit by a factory-trained QuickLabel service technician who will provide training and maintenance service at your request. And, you will have access to a QuickLabel technician 24-hours a day, 365 days per year via telephone and e-mail technical support.
