Direct Thermal Labels and Tags
QuickLabel’s direct thermal labels and tags have a special thermal coating that allow your bar code printer to produce an image without the use of thermal transfer ribbon.

Direct Thermal Freezer Label
3.2 Mil Paper for direct thermal printing with .06 Mil freezer adhesive. Label color white, image color black. Resists blood, fats, oils, plasticizers in PVC, alcohols, solvents, and vinegar. All-temperature food-grade label adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 regulating indirect food contact. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates cold service temperatures as low as -65ºF.

3.3 Mil A bright white, smooth, non top-coated paper label for direct thermal printing with a medium sensitivity thermal coating. 2.5 Mil general purpose adhesive. Intended for use in dry applications. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates cold service temperatures as low as -65ºF.

3.2 Mil bright-white paper for printing direct thermal labels that will be read by infrared laser scanners. Ion top-coating minimizes wear on low-voltage printheads. 0.8 Mil general purpose
permanent adhesive adheres well to corrugated cardboard, synthetic films, and plastics. 2.5 Mil super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -65°F.

3.9 Mil Matte White polypropylene label for direct thermal printing with excellent resistance to oils, fats, alcohol, solvents and contact abrasion. Label color white, image color black. 0.7 mil all-temperature adhesive designed for use in cold rooms, where food products are packaged. 2.5 Mil semi-densified kraft paper liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -65°F.

3.3 Mil Bright white paper label for direct thermal printing with matte finish and resistance to oils, fats, blood, plasticizers, alcohol, solvents, and water. 0.7 Mil High-tack permanent acrylic healthcare adhesive. 2.5 Mil bleached, super-calendared kraft paper liner. Tolerates service temperatures as low as -75ºF.
