DSL: The video will automatically start playing within 20 seconds. You can then click anywhere on the video to activate the controls and pause, stop, rewind, fast forward, play, mute or adjust the volume as needed.

Dial-Up:The video will take a few minutes to load and then begin to play automatically. If it pauses after it begins to play, click anywhere on the video to activate the controls and then click the Pause button to allow the video to finish loading. Once it is loaded you will be able to watch the complete video without pausing.
