Is the MRC a Blanket Order? Do I Commit to a Purchase Quantity?

No, the MRC is not a blanket order. It doesn't commit you to a particular purchase quantity or purchase value. You aren't required to take make purchases on any particular schedule. And you don't pay anything to participate – this agreement is free of charge.

When Will I Place My Orders?

You are free to order Vivo! Touch toners, labels, drums, and fusers whenever you want to. You'll have a personal Media Specialist assigned to your account who can help you to schedule shipments to meet your inventory and production requirements.

Will My Prices Increase?

No, your prices for Vivo! Touch labels, toners, drums, belt, and fuser will not increase over the duration of your MRC agreement. We won’t raise your prices even if we face higher prices from our suppliers or if our production costs increase. We lock in your prices, “freezing” them so you can control and accurately forecast your budget for Vivo! Touch labels, toner, and supplies.
