Introducing the Kiaro! Inkjet Label Printer, QuickLabel’s Newest Product

I have been anxiously waiting for this moment – the moment to tell all of you about something new, innovative, and unbelievably fast. I’m so proud to be able to show you what Kiaro! is, and what it can mean for you. What is a Kiaro!? The Kiaro! is a fantastic new high-speed digital color inkjet label printer.

This is a very exciting announcement for us, and we are so antsy to bring the Kiaro! into your offices and share the excitement with you. Actually, just let us know if you’d like us to make an in-person Kiaro! demonstration in person and we will schedule a demonstration at your office or factory!

There are so many great features to tell you about, I almost don’t know where to start. I guess I will start at the beginning, which is generally a good idea.

The creation of the Kiaro! was based off of feedback from you, our customers, as well as from our field sales force. We heard a request for an affordable, high      resolution, high speed desktop color inkjet label printer.  And guess what?! Here it is!

The Kiaro! is less than $10,000, and the cost per label is very competitive, usually between $.06-$.12 for a printed label (including both the inks and the blank label material). What does Kiaro! mean? AWESOME. No, just kidding (only slightly). It has a Latin origin, and for us it means clear, colorful, vivid and intelligent. I’m sure if you see a demonstration of our new Kiaro! it will mean that for you, and your business as well.

You won’t believe how quickly the Kiaro! prints without wasting any labels between batches. The Kiaro! is so user friendly and can even be used to print small batches of labels on demand, (and let me repeat this) WITHOUT WASTING LABELS.

John Cuomo, our District Manager in the Southeastern USA, took some time to explain to me some reasons the Kiaro! is so special. He explained that before we introduced the Kiaro!, the only color label printers on the market that could print without any waste labels or blank labels were light duty inkjet label printers, like our Zeo!.

Something else that I think is special about the Kiaro! is its ability to self–regulate its print speed as need be in order to maintain high quality labels and prevent defects.

We also took a trip to visit Dave’s Marketplace and see how they have liked using the Kiaro! during our beta testing program. Dave’s Graphic Designer Steve Alfaia spent some time talking to us about how the experience has been. We even got to watch him demonstrate how easy and fast it is to get great looking labels.

They’ve had the printer for less than 2 months, and the number of labels they’ve printed is easily reaching 100,000. When asked about his favorite feature of the Kiaro! Steve said, “Its general ease of use. Labels switch out very easily. Switching out inks is just take one out, put one in.” He told us he definitely does not want to give up using the Kiaro!, thanks to its speed and detailed print quality.

All around Kiaro! is unique, even its materials have been specially developed to best suit you. The four separate 240mL each (large capacity) ink cartridges are clear, making it possible for you to easily verify the ink level for each color. Also, since they are separate, each color is only used when needed for the label, in turn saving you from wasted ink and $$$$. Our new Material #160 gloss paper label material for the Kiaro! is high gloss, and costs LESS than previous inkjet label materials.
